BEFORE STARTING
By using PixelPath Hosting (“we,” “our,” “us”), including our products, services, and website, you (“you,” “your,” “customer”) agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are legally binding. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. PixelPath Hosting reserves the right to modify or amend these terms at any time, with changes becoming effective upon posting. Your continued use of our services signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
1 – DEFINITIONS
Charges: Fees payable by the customer for our services, including hosting, server setup, add-ons, and other services as outlined on our website.
Content: Any data, text, images, or other material that is published or transmitted through our services.
2 – GENERAL PROVISIONS
You agree not to engage in any activity that violates local, state, or international laws or norms of internet use. This includes activities that may damage the reputation or integrity of PixelPath Hosting.
PixelPath Hosting reserves the right to limit, suspend, or prohibit access to our services if we deem your actions are disruptive or harmful to our infrastructure or services.
3 – SECURITY AND ACCESS
You agree not to bypass or circumvent our security measures or attempt to access any service outside the provided interfaces. Unauthorized attempts to alter or disrupt any service or network connected to our infrastructure are strictly prohibited.
You are responsible for the security of your account, including protecting login credentials and ensuring your account is not accessed without permission. Any activities conducted under your account will be your responsibility.
4 – PAYMENTS
PixelPath Hosting does not require a contract or subscription for services. Servers may be canceled at any time by the customer, but no refunds will be issued for the remainder of the billing cycle.
Charges are automatically billed via credit/debit cards or PayPal, and payments via Paysafecard or Crypto must be paid manually for each billing period.
PixelPath Hosting reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment. Services will be suspended if an invoice remains overdue for 48 hours and terminated after 7 days.
5 – REINSTATEMENT
If services are terminated, certain services like shared hosting can be reinstated within 6 days, provided data recovery is possible. Dedicated servers may also be reinstated on a case-by-case basis, depending on server status.
6 – REFUNDS
PixelPath Hosting offers a 3-day money-back guarantee for shared Minecraft, game, and web hosting plans, from the initial server setup date. After the 3-day period, refunds will not be issued.
Any custom setups or add-ons (e.g., mod installations, BungeeCord setups) are non-refundable.
Refunds for automated renewal payments are only eligible if requested within 1-3 days of the renewal date.
7 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
PixelPath Hosting is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, or profits.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services. The service is provided “as is” and PixelPath Hosting disclaims any warranties or conditions not explicitly stated in this agreement.
8 – PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
You do not have permission to use PixelPath Hosting’s logos, trademarks, or domain names for any unauthorized purposes.
9 – SERVER MANAGEMENT
Dedicated Servers provided by PixelPath Hosting are unmanaged. We do not offer support for specific software installations unless specifically contracted for managed services.
PixelBoost services are available for premium server management, including modpack installations and map uploads, but do not include complete server management.
10 – ABUSE AND MISUSE OF SERVICES
Any use of our services for illegal activities or to disrupt the service for others will result in immediate suspension or termination of services. This includes, but is not limited to:
– Cryptocurrency mining;
– Unauthorized access attempts;
– DDOS attacks;
– Use of pirated content or hosting torrents.
11 – MINECRAFT SERVERS
Support for Minecraft servers is limited to unmanaged services. Add-ons like PixelBoost can provide mod installation, map uploads, and minor configuration changes.
PixelPath Hosting does not allow the use of automated backup plugins or scripts that manipulate server memory or CPU usage beyond allocated limits.
Server slots on premium plans are unrestricted, but the number of players your server can handle depends on allocated resources.
12 – BACKUPS
PixelPath Hosting provides complimentary backups for Premium Shared Minecraft plans. These backups are stored separately and can be restored upon request. However, PixelPath Hosting is not responsible for any loss of data if backups are unavailable or if files are lost.
13 – ABUSE PREVENTION AND TERMINATION
PixelPath Hosting will suspend or terminate services found to be abusive. This includes, but is not limited to, high CPU usage, unauthorized plugins, and any malicious activity affecting our infrastructure.
Violation of these terms can lead to immediate service suspension without refund.
14 – IDENTITY VERIFICATION
For high-risk or potentially fraudulent transactions, we may require identity verification. Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of the service with a full refund.
15 – AFFILIATE PROGRAM
Affiliates must disclose their relationship with PixelPath Hosting clearly. Violating this policy may result in the suspension of your affiliate account and forfeiture of commissions.
17 – MISCELLANEOUS
PixelPath Hosting reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website and will become effective immediately upon posting.
16 – DOMAIN REGISTRARION AND WHOISDATA
PixelPath Hosting may require you to provide certain information when registering a domain name. You are responsible for ensuring that this information is accurate and up to date.
